Should any type of fire/smoke damage occur to your home, Ward Tek, Inc. will provide you and your insurance company with an estimate and a scope of work to repair damage to your home. Upon agreed scope with insurance carrier and contract, WTI will restore your home to pre fire conditions.

Should a vehicle damage your home/property in any way, Ward Tek, Inc will provide you and your insurance company with an estimate and a scope of work to repair damage to your home. Upon agreed scope with insurance carrier and contract, WTI will restore your home to pre-vehicle damage conditions.

Should wind damage your home, garage, fence or other structure in any way, Ward Tek, Inc will provide you and your insurance company with an estimate and a scope of work to repair damage to your home. Upon agreed scope with insurance carrier and contract, WTI will restore your home to pre-wind damage conditions.

Though Ward Tek, Inc. is not a full time remodel firm, our experienced staff welcomes the chance to provide an estimate to you in addition to the "Scope of work" approved by you and if required your insurance company, for minor changes to scope of work. Please keep in mind these changes can affect the timing of repairs, approved by your carrier.

Restoration by Ward/Tek, Inc will remove from your damaged location all personal belongings (not deemed as "Total Loss") which the insurance company should pay to have cleaned, restored and stored until it may be returned to your home. A complete inventory of items will be taken, and you will be required to sign a sheet recognizing items noted in the inventory sheet. If you request a copy one can be provided to you. Any items which are "total loss" you will also need to sign a release so they may be disposed of.

Your belongings (household, furniture, clothing, etc.) are carefully inventoried and packed in specially labeled boxes and packed out of your home to a designated storage area.

Items which have sustained damage by smoke, water, or fire that can be cleaned and restored will be.  Items will be professionally cleaned with products which are designed to be used to remove smoke and other residue.  Restoring will be done by our professional restoration team.  If items are unable to be cleaned, or restored your insurance adjuster will be notified and it will be your insurance company's call as to what happens next.

Items which have been designated to be stored until your home is ready to be occupied, will be placed in specially designed storage vaults and placed in a dry, secured area. Upon completion of your reconstruction and payment, items will be returned to your home.

Items which have been inventoried, cleaned and/or restored (as necessary, requested and approved) and previously stored will be packed back into your home. Items will be delivered to your home and depending on type of "Contents coverage" and "scope of work" it is possible items will be placed in appropriate rooms, as well as boxes. Unpacking will again be dependent on coverage, discuss with your adjuster any coverage questions.

Should water damage occur from flood, water heater, broken pipe, leaking roof or any type of water damage; Ward-Tek, Inc will provide you and your insurance company with an estimate and a scope of work to repair damage to your home. Upon agreed scope with insurance carrier and contract, WTI will restore your home to pre-water conditions.
